Verbrec Limited Acquires Energy Infrastructure Management
Verbrec Limited (ASX:VBC) a leading mid-tier engineering service provider has acquired EIM.
The acquisition was completed on 31 December 2020.
Verbrec is pleased to announce that it has acquired Energy Infrastructure Management Pty Ltd. The acquisition was completed on 31 December 2020 and includes 100% equity of EIM.
Verbrec’s Managing Director Linton Burns said of the acquisition, “This is a compelling and transformational acquisition for Verbrec and demonstrates delivery of the first stages of our refocused growth strategy. EIM is a leader in the Australian engineering sector with a number of large tier-1 customers. It adds scale and capability to our existing pipeline business unit, OSD Pipelines, and is expected to integrate seamlessly.”
