OSD strongly advocates for support of people with Muscular Dystrophy as well as research into a cure. For over a decade he has served with roles on the Board of the Queensland Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Board of the National Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, and was formerly Chairman of the Foundation for five years.
